**JOB MISSIONS**:
Reporting to South East and North East Asia Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst manages the end-to-end processes of order management for tools and kits, Spare parts as well as own the administrative management of all our Singapore leasing activity.

**MAIN activitIes / JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Performs the SAP documentation for sales order management and purchase order management.
- Processes the leasing documents and flows within SAP for the Singapore area
- Support spare parts coordination throughout South East Asia and India
- Able to communicate with internal parties such as the sales team and Finance team to resolve blocking points for month-end invoicing
- Ensure revenue achievement thanks to on-time and accurate invoicing for the leasing activity

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- SAP expert mandatory
- Consideration of multiple sources of information/ good listener
- Positive attitude and keen to learn
- Meticulous and good in numbers
- Autonomous
- Pro-active

**LANGUAGES**:
**- English
**QUALIFICATION LEVEL**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service, supply chain and/or sales administrati **on
**IT SKILLS / TOOLS**:

- ERP skills (SAP/ MM-SD mandatory)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
