Admin Assistant @ Marine Parade

Marine Parade, Singapore FAITH FAMILY CLINIC (MARINE TERRACE) Full time

We offer 3 possible vacancies:
1) Full time CA (fixed pay)
- $1.8K - $2.2K per month depending on experience
- Fixed working hours inclusive of some nights and weekend shifts
- $10-15 per hour depending on experience
- 4-5 office hours (8.30 am to 4.30 pm)
- 2 weeknights (6.30 pm to 9.00 pm)
- 1 weekend morning - either Saturday or Sunday (8.30 am to 1pm). To be rostered
- Flexible working hours (must be able to work 3 to 4 hours per slot)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- IT literacy for administrative duties
- Good communication skills/ with customer service skills
- Stays near clinic
- No experience necessary, as training is provided
- Commit 1 year or longer (preferred)

JOB SCOPE
- Some experience in Admin or Book Keeping
- Front desk administrative duties including registration of patients and dispensing of medications
- Cashiering duties
- Scheduling of medical appointments
- Assist doctors including chaperone; procedures; etc.
