**Your Role**

As a Boxing Coach at Renegade, you will be instrumental in mentoring our members throughout their boxing journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting training sessions for all skill levels, emphasizing boxing techniques and strength conditioning.
- Offering expert advice and support in group classes, corporate sessions and personal training.
- Encouraging member progression through well-structured onboarding and retention programs.
- Upholding and enhancing our gym's culture of respect, collective progress, and a shared love for boxing.
- Actively engaging in community activities and upholding the high standards of our gym.

**Requirements**:
We are seeking individuals who possess the following:

- A deep understanding and skill in boxing, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor effectively.
- Experience in leading group fitness classes.
- A strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with members and enhancing their boxing experiences.
- A dynamic, positive, and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Relevant qualifications, such as fitness certifications or experience in competitive boxing, would be highly beneficial.
- A commitment to coaching group classes for at least 36 hours monthly (in the evenings) spread over a flexible 3-day workweek.
- A willingness to engage in a part-time contract for at least six months.
