**ROLE**

Richemont Southeast Asia & Oceana (SEAO) is looking for an accomplished Learning & Development expert to join the SEAO Human Resources community. You would lead the formulation and orchestration the SEAO Learning & Development roadmap and build the organization capability in alignment with the SEAO business and people agenda. In addition, you will be a key leader in guiding and coordinating key People Experience projects for the region. Located in Singapore, you would be reporting to Human Resources Director, SEAO, and working closely with the Maison and Richemont Function key stakeholders in SEAO as well as the Regional People Experience and Richemont Retail Academy leaders in Hong Kong.

**HOW WILL YOU ADD VALUE?**
- **Learning & Development Function Management**
- Understand the SEAO business needs and translate them into effective, practical learning solutions, aiming at building employee capability and bridging competency gaps
- Perform learning needs assessment; provide recommendations on appropriate learning initiatives and effective delivery options that engage learners and produce desired outcome
- Establish SEAO learning catalogue, project plan and deployment/communication matrix
- Develop budget, monitor expenses, and adjust resources allocation in order to fulfill SEAO learning needs
- Maximize internal available resources (people, processes and tools) whilst sourcing external vendors/programs to enrich the total learning offerings for SEAO population
- Manage the reporting and tracking of all learning initiatives, qualitatively and quantitatively, for management perusal
- Serve as a local master of the Learning Management System for SEAO and optimize all functionalities to maximize operational efficiency
- **Learning & Development Program Management**
- Champion the facilitation of programs from Richemont Retail Academy and Group Learning & Development for Maison and Richemont audience in SEAO, with appropriate adaptation and contextualization to reflect and address the market-specific learning needs
- Cascade and leverage programs and assets from Richemont Retail Academy and Group Learning & Development to the SEAO population
- Serve as the market champion of SEAO to project-manage the assignments from Group Learning & Development, Regional People Experience and Richemont Retail Academy to build organization capability with appropriate adaptation and localization
- Design, develop and implement SEAO-specific learning solutions, based on the evolving SEAO business agenda
- Measure success and effectiveness of learning solutions; suggest improvements especially on their quality, scalability and sustainability
- Manage co-ordination and logistics of learning events and offerings, based on the agreed budget and milestones
- **Partnership Building and Stakeholder Management**
- Act as a client-centric ambassador and advocate of the Learning & Development front in SEAO
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Maison and Richemont Functions across levels/markets to jointly cultivate and embed a strong culture of learning in SEAO
- Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners, engage Maison/Richemont Function leaders, enlist their collective commitment on the SEAO learning priorities, and co-create conditions for effective capability development and lasting behavioural change
- Partner with Regional People Experience and Richemont Retail Academy leaders to synergize efforts and scale resources on people development
- Contribute to the animation of the SEAO Learning & Development/Retail Training community and generation of collaborative opportunities
- **People Experience Project Management**
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of key Global and Regional People Experience initiatives in the SEAO region (i.e. On-boarding, My Performance Journey (including My Development)
- Work closely with the HR business partners in analyzing and understanding key issues related to our employee journey for SEAO
- Be the key connecting point with Regional People Experience in developing SEAO specific solutions to improve our employee experience

**WHAT CALIBRE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
