Senior Demand Generation Manager

AS SENIOR DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL:
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for long term growth and success.
- Be part of the APJ Marketing leadership team, identifying and supporting marketing goals for the region.
- Drive campaign initiatives aligned with the global demand generation strategy and localize them to generate qualified leads and pipeline in APJ.
- Create and maintain a calendar of programs that is in line with the regional APJ marketing team goals.
- Collaborate cross functionally with the wider demand generation team including digital marketing to ensure we are promoting localized content on our inbound channels.
- Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates.
- Set goals and define metrics for all campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments. What worked? What didn’t? How many campaign responses did we drive? What pipeline did we drive?
- Work closely with our SDR team to keep them informed about ongoing campaigns and design follow-up.
OUR IDEAL SENIOR DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER WILL HAVE/BE:
- 8+ years of demand generation experience working with a multinational company going through hyper-growth.
- Experience bringing global campaigns and localizing for APJ markets.
- Experience of creating programs that work at each stage of the buyer’s journey to add value, create engagement, and drive action.
- Confident in managing numerous projects simultaneously, and have a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and urgency in everything you do.
- Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
- A great storyteller internally by reporting on success and learning moments, and externally through targeted campaigns.
- A data-driven approach to everything you do.
- Experience with marketing software such as Marketo, Drift, Salesforce, 6sense, Intellimize, Uberflip, virtual event platforms, and more.
