**Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Degree or minimum 2 years SCC experience.
- A passion for working with children and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in their lives.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with students, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
