We are seeking an experienced Student Care Centre Manager to oversee the operations and management of our student care centre. As the Student Care Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and educational support students in a nurturing environment. This is a full-time position based in Tampines. What you’ll be doing Providing leadership and oversight of the daily operations of the student care centre Ensuring programmes and activities are conducted as per set curriculum that support the holistic development of students Mentoring, developing and managing a team of dedicated student care professionals Fostering strong relationships with parents and schools Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Managing the centre's budget and resources effectively Continuously improving the quality of service and identifying opportunities for growth What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar student care centre supervisory role Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Demonstrable experience in implementing engaging educational programmes Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the student care industry Effective communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with and supporting the development of children What we offer Competitive compensation, opportunities for professional development, and a range of employee benefits, including opportunities for career advancement About us SELF HELP GROUPS STUDENT CARE LIMITED is a leading provider of high-quality student care services in Singapore under the brand name "BIG HEART STUDENT CARE".
