**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- In this role, you will help define the product vision and be responsible for creating and managing product strategies, roadmaps, project plans, and product specifications.
- Shape the overall product vision and roadmap to take Pelago from a new venture to a regional/international brand.
- Deliver customer value iteratively, managing products through various launch phases and follow-on releases.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, customer support, sales and marketing to deliver great products to our customers.
- Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale.
- Prioritise and make tradeoffs by understanding short-term and long-term business goals.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Minimum 3 - 6 years experience in a software product management role.
- Experience working in data science projects in a product management capacity
- Ability to define and translate a vision into a detailed and actionable product roadmap
- Experience using both quantitative data (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., user feedback) to inform product prioritisation.
- Obsession with product quality and an eye for design, specifically an intuition for great design and user experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
- Experience designing and building great consumer-grade products.
- Experience working in a high-growth e-commerce/travel company is highly preferred.
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
