Singapore MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. Full time

To plan, organise, direct and control all activities concerning process safety, machinery safety environmental protection, occupational health & safety, and fire & loss prevention related to the HBV project in accordance with the requirements of the local EHS legislation, the Corporate EHS/ENG policies and standards and any other applicable standards and protocols.To provide oversight of project construction activities to ensure these are carried out in safe manner.
- Review and critic design and planned changes to ensure EHS risks are identified, evaluated and controlled throughout the project
- Provide the technical expertise and guidance to enable the effective management of EHS in aligned business areas
- Process owner and expert for one or more of the next process safety and machinery safety management elements such as EHS prescreening, HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, PHA and electrostatics, MSRA
- Member of the change control board meeting to assure all necessary actions are triggered related to PSM during process and equipment changes.
- Develop and support independent business monitoring (Level 2 audits, Gemba, L1, Process confirmation,..) in line as part of project maangement and construction activities oversight.
- Timely completion of EHS reviews and production of PHIRA reports e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, SIL assessment, CHAZOP, Risk Assessment, Basis of Safety and Pre-commissioning EHS inspection reports.
- Development of audit schedule, identifying CAPAs and providing necessary reports providing visibility as necessary
- At least 5 years of related working experience
- Experience with functional safety and/or explosion safety and/or PSV/RD/orifice calculations and/or machine safety
- Management or hazardous substances
- Hygiene monitoring principles
- Environmental control and mitigation technologies.
