**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate testing of products to ensure compliance with **Singapore Standards**and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct **on-site and off-site installation and technical training**.
- Provide timely support and resolution for **product-related issues**on project sites and at test laboratories.
- Manage **product matters**at project sites, including installation concerns and performance verification.
- Ensure **accurate and timely documentation**of servicing, warranty claims, and project updates for internal reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of working experience**in **project site management**and/or **technical support**related **.**:

- Strong **problem-solving skills**with a resourceful and hands-on approach.
- Possess a **mindset of continuous improvement**, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Possess own a **vehicle (motorcar or motorcycle)**preferred but not essential.
- A **team player**who thrives in a **multinational work environment**.

**Salary**:

- Salary Range: SGD2,500 - SGD3,500 per month
