Provide technical guidance and support to both internalteams and clients. Resolve complex technical issues and ensure effective project execution.5. Project Closure: Manage the end-to-end project closure process, including finalizingdeliverables, conducting quality assurance checks, and obtaining client sign-off. Ensure smoothtransition and handover to support teams or maintenance phases.6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functionalteams, to gather project requirements, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment withclient objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on projectprogress, risks, and opportunities.7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, streamlineprocesses, and improve operational efficiency. Recommend and implement best practices, tools,and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in client management and technicalproject execution.8. Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and clientsatisfaction levels. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders and seniormanagement, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
