**Responsibilities:
**Reporting to the APAC Head of People, our People & Culture Analyst is a key member of the People Team to drive best-in-class people activities within the region providing a People-first employee experience.

Here's what you can expect:

- Receive highly personalised coaching, upskill your HR and Business acumen to contribute to high value initiatives in an organisation
- Work closely with the People team to design, plan and roll out end-to-end People initiatives that include recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, team engagement, recognition and benefits.
- Flex your creativity as you contribute fresh and engaging visual content on People initiatives and communications for Employer Branding
- Collaborate with colleagues from our global office on global initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest and inclination to work closely with people
- Flexibility and willingness to work on different areas of HR
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
- Good academic results and track record of co-curricular activities
- Strong work ethics and sense of responsibility
