People and Culture Intern

We know that happy members lead to increased productivity and better results. We’re looking for a People & Culture Intern to assist with recuitment, culture building and member satisfaction.
This internship will provide exposure in key People & Culture functions, including onboarding, exit interviews, team structuring, and conflict resolution. As the “face” of our startup, he/she will have excellent organization-wide exposure in this people-facing role.

**Objectives of this Role**
Lead recruitment and external outreach initiatives
Promote ClimateTech startup culture
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare materials for all newly onboarded members
Maintain/update HR records as required
Work closely with other departments, exercising the utmost discretion when working with highly confidential information
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
Preferred Qualifications & Traits
Past experience in Human Resource would be advantageous
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

Education
Bachelor degree or final year university students
Limited slots also available for non-penultimate year university students & graduated high school student
