The Analyst, Global Real Estate and Retail Franchise will be responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting financial evaluations, and providing strategic insights for our global real estate and retail franchise operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the retail industry, and the ability to identify growth opportunities. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize store portfolio, and support the expansion of our franchise network.

**Duration: 6 months**

**Location: Metropolis (Buona Vista MRT)**

**Salary**:Up to $3000**

**Time: Monday to Friday, office hours
**Purpose**:
**The Analyst, Global Real Estate and Retail Franchise is a role that: 1) manages the global real estate reporting, 2) builds out & improves the tools to support local real estate teams, 3) drive analyses and provide strategic recommendations, and 4) create and launch tools for local partners and supporting teams. This role reports to the Global Real Estate and Retail Franchise Lead Asia.
- **Integrated reporting in Real Estate & Franchise field**
- **Design, Develop, Implement, and Manage Real Estate and Franchise reporting. Harmonized view across multiple channels and geographies.**:

- **Explore opportunities to better integrate disparate data sources into harmonized report.
- **Create and launch tools to support our local real estate teams**
- **Build and launch market mapping capabilities across all three regions.**:

- **Move the company from a channel planning lens to a local/city planning lens.**:

- **Improve the existing PER to make it simpler and easier to use.
- **Drive analysis and provide strategic recommendations**
- **Drive analysis on selected retail projects and provide recommendations on real estate strategy, project financials, commerciality.**:

- **Cleanup the data structure upon requirement.
- **Create and launch tools to support our partners and supporting teams**
- **Build/Refine and launch franchise tools across key markets and globally.**:

- **Improve existing franchise processes and tools.
**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Retail Management, Business Management (or equivalent work experience)**
- **Advanced excel skills, experience in Tableau or Power BI software**:

- **Strong in retail math, finance measurements, and an understanding of how to impact key KPI’s.**:

- **Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data.**
- **Proven ability to cut through ambiguity to identify action steps needed to achieve business results**:

- **Self-motivated, actively takes initiative to learn and drive the business.**:

- **Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.**:

- **Able to work independently but know when to ask for help.**
- **Strong ability to communicate, to build effective relationships, and to work cross-functionally - Retail Operations, Finance, In-country commercial teams, and Leadership.**:

- **Demonstrates good listening, written and oral communication skills, reflecting an appropriate sense of urgency.**
