DESIGNATION : Executive/ Senior Executive, Programme & Admin (AAYS)
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Job Purpose**
The person will be part of the Appropriate Adults for Young Suspects team in Care Corner to lead and support our volunteer engagement, volunteer development and volunteer management and administration. The person works collaboratively and seamlessly with various internal and external stakeholders and vendors to support our Appropriate Adults volunteers. The person will also be part of Care Corner's Volunteer and Community Engagement team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Volunteer Management and Development**
- Work with team lead to manage and develop volunteers using our Volunteer Management Framework;
- Resource, Recruit, Retain, Review and sustain a growing community of regular volunteers to support the work of the Appropriate Adults for Young Suspects;
- Lead the onboarding of volunteers;
- Conduct training and workshops for staff and volunteer;
- Ensure data integrity and use the Volunteer and Partner Relationship Management System to provide regular and timely reports to management and stakeholders;
- Work with Volunteer and Community Engagement team in supporting the Volunteer Management work of the organisation.
**AAYS Operations & Administration**
- Verification of activation data from external stakeholders and vendors;
- To check and prepare the operational report;
- Point of Liaison with vendors for operational matters;
- Attend to enquiries by volunteers and vendors;
- Assist in procurement, budget control and reporting;
- Prepare and submit transport allowance for AA volunteers;
- Flag up to Team Lead on irregularities
**General**
- Possibility of being activated as an Appropriate Adult for Young Suspects
- Ability to function as an effective individual contributor and team player
- Strong stakeholders' management and people skills
- Be an effective conduit of information between all relevant working parties
- Independent, pro-active as a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
**Requirements**:
- Should hold minimum a Diploma in any disciplines with aleast 1 years' experience.
- Experience in managing volunteers in personal capacity as a volunteer or staff for corporates, charities or non-profit organizations.
- Should have experience in conceptualizing, planning and running a voluntary programme in the community or organization.
- Personal experience in volunteering a plus
- Strong stakeholders management is important
- Good communication skills
- Able to produce good presentation decks and manage spreadsheets, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Some experience using Salesforce as a VMS/CRM is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Diploma in any disciplines with aleast 1 years' experience.
