- Market Analysis and Research:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis of the Australian real estate sector, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Stay informed about economic, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the real estate market.
- Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:

- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities in commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors in Australia.
- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessments to evaluate the viability of investment projects.
- Investment Strategy:

- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company's real estate investment strategy in Australia.
- Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, brokers, and other industry professionals in the Australian real estate market.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
