Our new Data Center Admin in Singapore will work closely with the 24/7 CloudOps Support team and will report to Data Center Team Lead.
**About the Role**:
Data Center Admins are the hands and eyes of our Continuous Testing CloudOps in the data centers. They are responsible for keeping the site up to our standards and assisting with the physical part of troubleshooting errors in close collaboration with our 24/7 CloudOps support team. The position will be onsite in our Singapore Data Center.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with fix errors
- Receive deliveries and coordinate repairs
- Configuring and connecting mobile devices (guided by the team)
- Assisting with coordination of bigger / international projects
- Detailing inventory and work performed
- Ensuring the site matches our standards
**Requirements**:
- Learning to work in a completely new environment
- Adapting to the at times fast-paced way of working
- Working remote from the rest of the team (closest locations of CT CloudOps are in California/Australia)
- Working independently
- Responsibility for their own work
- Entering a new field with both technical and interpersonal tasks
- Communication and shift planning over Slack and other tools
- Knowledge transfer / Learning opportunities
- Available to work on Weekends
