**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager / Technical Lead to plan, manage, and drive the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects. You will lead cross-functional technical teams in the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams in designing, deploying, and maintaining systems including servers, storage, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project documentation including project plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Provide technical oversight and conduct reviews to ensure infrastructure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues across environments.
- Ensure project and system compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee procurement processes, and lead contract evaluations and negotiations.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in leading IT infrastructure projects, with hands-on expertise in areas such as:

- Server and storage systems
- Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Networking technologies o Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
- Experience with risk management, project budgeting, and performance monitoring.Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Administrator are advantageous.
