Work location: Changi Airport

Type of employment: full-time, commencing immediately on full salary after completing 2 month probation time.

SGD 10,000 - SGD 10,500

To receive and inform to concerned parties flight schedule, season schedule, schedule change from HDQ.

To report and update the operation condition in the airport in case of technical problem, weather/handling company/passenger/cargo and other cause which lead to flight delay/cancel and to propose alternatives.

To receive and handover flight operation document to PIC or airport authority as requested

To assist cockpit and cabin attendant

To control flight information process

To report periodically to Duty Officer of OCC abnormal situation of flight. To coordinate with PSC - OCC in handling of flight abnormal situation

To make contact with local airport authority; with air navigation local agency with the purpose to supply two direction information ground-air when necessary.

To participate in studying and issuing flight operation policy/regulation/standards

To manage directly emergency response plan of airport in accordance with Vietnam Airlines emergency response plan.

To contact and work with local authority/ handling companies and supplier for ground operation and service to daily flight.

To join with General Manager in selecting, negociating and signing the contract with supplier/handling agent.

To organise passenger and baggage service to scheduled/charter/suppliment/Vip flight and other irregular flight; To control and supervise the implimentation of ground operation and service regulation/procedures/standards of Vietnam Airlines in order to satisfy with quality service requirement or with service level agreement.

To cooperate closely with, to inform on time with concerned agencies during flight handling and advise effective handling plan to ensure quality service of Vietnam Airlines.

To submit on time professional report; to verify the handling invoice as required; to supervise and verify the volume and quality of service rendered to flight. It is proof for payment.

To participate in establishing the ground operation& service policy/standard/regulation/procedures for flight to/from France.

To perform the duty concerning customer care service: receive the comments and claim, to verify and settle the claim according to authorisation

To establish human resources requirement, to participate with GM in recruiting, training, managing, exploiting the employee sent by HDQ and local staff.

To be responsible for appropriate training certificate of staff according to Vietnam Airlines regulation and local regulation

To make job description, job assignment, manage working plan; to comment and staff performance appraisal. Report to GM to adjust salary, to award or discipline all staff of Section.

To be responsible for monthly roaster plan.

To establish and propose to GM running budget of Section. To be responsible for managing, using the budget in accordance of Vietnam Airlines regulation
- TOEIC: 700; or TOEIC 600 + local language, Fluent in Vietnamese.Require : Bachelor level and above
