Housed within ASPRI-Westlite Papan dormitory and operating from ASPRI Integrated Training Centre (AITC), ASPRI-IPI is the premier industry training facility that offers residents a myriad of heavily subsided safety, trade-skills and literacy courses, enabling skills progression and upward mobility.
Since 2017, ASPRI-IPI has delivered beyond 1 million training hours enriching more than 180,000 training headcounts.
**We are now seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing training team in delivering quality trainings to improve the livelihoods of the migrant workforce.**
**The Role: Executive, Technical Training Support Unit**
You will be part of the Technical Training Support Unit that provides wide-ranging technical and operational support to promote and evaluate training and related initiatives, key responsibilities include:
- Perform various operational, clerical, and/or administrative support tasks as assigned; support in the day-to-day coordination of technical training activities as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of technical equipment, tools and training infrastructures.
- Collect, analyse and submission of data; prepares scheduled and ad hoc reports,
- Maintain web-based learning resources.
- Implement various special projects as assigned; plan, coordinate, promote and facilitate special events, programs, and/or activities.
- Suppliers Management: Monitor, and feedback on the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, ensuring compliance to technical specifications and service standards.
- Quality Management: Assist, maintain, track and monitor requirements under internal training quality management system and external certification bodies’ audit requirements.
**You should possess the following**:
- Minimum Diploma and above.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Adult Education, Human Resources, or Engineering.
- Good customer service aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Desire to empower and improve the livelihoods of the migrant workforce.
- **You may be considered for a senior position if you have more years of relevant working experiences.
