As the key personnel managing our award -wining showroom cum HQ and Warehouse in Gul, you are responsible in overseeing all on-site details related to the facilities and assets (vehicles and equipment) by working closely with vendors and key stakeholders.

You are required to:

**Responsibilities**:
**Facilities management**
- To perform regular and preventive inspection and maintenance work to facilities and equipment in the Company’s premises to ensure that they are fully operational, ready and secured
- Manage the assets related to the logistic activities of the Company
- Manage all term contract works, contract renewals, inspections and certificate renewals

**Safety programmes**
- Work with relevant parties, e.g., Company’s Safety Committee to deploy and support workplace safety and health (WSH) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities and programmes
- Ensure compliance to safety, health and operational quality standards and requirements for certification e.g. bizSAFE level 3

**General duties**
- Perform general administrative duties related to office maintenance
- Provide operational support to the Sales and Customer Service Team when required

In order to succeed in this role, you must be:

- Able to multi-task to respond to differing needs
- Attentive to details
- Able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders
- A Team player
- Preferably have IT systems support knowledge
- Preferably hold a class 3 licence
