**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the trading or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of trading operations, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
