**The Role**:

- Opportunity to work closely with Pepper executives
- Develop and evaluate new credit products and investment opportunities across Asia
- Conduct research into regional financial markets with a specific focus on credit, lending, fintech and captive finance
- Preparation of meaningful research insights and developing decision-making documents, presentations, and recommendations for the Manager
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure continued alignment with other functional teams and engage with key stakeholders
- Ad-hoc analyses as needed by the Manager

**Requirements**:

- A minimum commitment of 6 months and ability to work for at least 3 days per week
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Interpersonal skills to work in a global team environment consisting of individuals with different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs
- Able to show initiative, creativity, and take responsibility for the outcome of their work
- Working proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
- Conversationally fluent in English

**Desired, but not essential**:

- Knowledge of financial markets in either Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, or Thailand

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
