**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Lead Generation**
- Conduct market research to support expansion strategies across APAC.
- Track and analyze competitor activities, product updates, and market positioning.
- Use AI tools to design and generate business materials.
- Source and qualify leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, and market intelligence.
- Conduct initial outreach and assess prospects based on defined criteria.
- Work with the BD team to build segmented target prospect lists (by industry, geography, and use cases).
- Research prospect companies before meetings — including tech stack, pain points, funding, and regulatory environment.

**Content & Presentation Development**
- Create and enhance sales presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals.
- Support Business Development (BD) team to refine and elevate sales materials.
- Leverage AI tools to design engaging and visually compelling business content.
- Develop industry-specific pitch decks, case studies, and customized presentation materials.

**Creatives & Design**
- Create card designs, videos and visual presentations for both internal and for clients.
- Use AI-powered design and video tools to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with the Card Operations team to visualize and present different card concepts.
- Edit and finalize videos with clear branding, layout, and professional presentation.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing creative assets and templates.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Design, Communications, or related field.
- Interest in AI, Fintech, and business development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good presentation design and communication skills.
- Familiar with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides.
- Basic skills in video editing and design software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Interest in AI tools for video design or content creation.
- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
