Job Description

The incumbent will be expected to:
- Create and maintain catalogue of system integration at enterprise level. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing end-to-end support from onboarding to Business As Usual phase.
- Supporting Head of integration in creating, maintaining system integration design, architecture, and process, ensuring supportability and re-usability; plus in regular review of process efficiency/effectiveness improvement, including, but not limited to, making recommendation for relevant business intelligence, new technologies, and/or tools.
- Fully own and manage System Integration project, including managing specification & estimate, project quality and timelines, risk-mitigation toward deliverables. Work with relevant stakeholders during project development, SIT/UAT, and Production deployment, including pre-prod defect management.
- Fully owns and ensure performance of agreed performance metrics for Data and Integration, which will include but not limited to creating/improving service delivery and service maintenance process, creating/maintaining performance score-cards in order to monitor status and quality of delivery.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure expectation is managed and fully documented for backlog, incoming request, especially when pertaining to new integration request/enhancement; as well as to enforce good data governance and policy, including ensuring veracity and quality in data collection.
