Training Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
The Training Specialist will support the Technical Department on the following:

- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Translate requirements into trainings that prepares employees for the changing needs
- Develop and update annual training program, teaching plans, production of handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Facilitate structured learning experiences, monitor and assess training effectiveness
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect current trend or requirements
- Maintain training records
- Coordinate internal and customer equipment training request (through internal system), ensuring instructors, technical equipment and related resources are available
- Monitor and plan refresher courses for staff members
- Update and maintain budgets for all costs associated with training and provide expenditure report
- Responsible for general administrative duties such as coordinating enrolment, scheduling class times, locations and sending invitation information to trainees
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Studies/Training or its equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience
- Prior experience in training management preferred
- Ability to simplify and convey complex information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Strong communication, good interpersonal and time management skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
