Responsibilities In charge of new feature and product design from conception to completion
Work together with cross-functional teams to translate user and business requirements into design solutions
Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and solutions effectively
Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of design across all products and platforms

Implement and manage Figma libraries and components
Provide guidance and mentorship to juniors Show a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
Possess a thorough understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and other visual design elements that contribute to the creation of effective and aesthetically pleasing designs
Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to optimise the user experience, with a focus on information architecture, user flow, and usability
Be enthusiastic about staying current with emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies and incorporating them into design work when appropriate
Requirements Over 5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process
Excellent knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies

Figma or other design and prototyping tools expertise It is necessary to have prior experience designing consumer-facing mobile apps
Extensive experience leading design projects and working with cross-functional teams
Experience developing and managing design systems and libraries
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the capacity to explain design concepts and justification to stakeholders
It would be advantageous to have knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
