NOVI Health is on a mission to empower individuals to invest in their health, adding healthy years and living free from the burden of chronic diseases. We are a Singapore-based healthcare and technology company, looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our expanding team and supercharge our goal to impact more lives through excellent design.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Design Leadership**: Lead the design of user-centric products across multiple touchpoints, including mobile apps, web platforms, and healthcare provider tools
- **Design System Development**:Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement a comprehensive design system for our mobile app and website that aligns with NOVI Health's brand and user experience goal
- **UI Design**:Lead the design of user interfaces across our digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users, and translate complex medical and health data into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
- **Data-Driven Design**:Utilize data and user insights to inform and refine design decisions, enhancing the functionality and user engagement of our products. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- **0 to 1 Design**:Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop information architecture, customer journey maps, and wireframe flows from MVP to launch
- **Mentorship and Leadership**:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products
- **Skills**:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- **Knowledge**:Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and data-driven design methodologies
- **Leadership**:Proven experience mentoring and leading design teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- **Adaptability**:Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities
- **Passion**:A deep passion for health and wellness and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company

Experience working in health tech, medtech, or wellness industries is preferred.
