**A Day in the Life**:
- Experience in multi-threaded engagement, selling to EVPs, CHROs and end-users (in the same sales cycle) in both individual and team sales environments
- Build your market - Acquiring clients, negotiating, and selling the Qualtrics Experience Management platform to marketing, customer experience, research and/or HR executives of Fortune 500 companies, governments NPOs and/or academic institutions
- Define and execute territory sales plans within the assigned territory
- Storytelling - Leading potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
- Daily Prospecting/assessing new sales potential
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, with proven track records in achieving quotas in ASEAN region
- Demonstrated success in driving new business sales and ability to develop and manage a sales execution plan at an account and/or territory level.
- Goal-Getter. Strive to achieve sales KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, etc. You are willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
- Effective Communicator. You have the ability to ‘story-tell’ and illustrate strong communication skills cross-functionally.
- Highly Competitive
- Proven success in selling SaaS or disruptive technology
- Having prior experience in selling to CHROs or HR executives is strongly preferred.
