We are looking for a Corporate Communication & Brand Advocacy Manager to support the Communication Director in his/her responsibility for Nestle in-the-Market Corporate and brand communication, support in communication creative and agency relationships, Marketing and Business managers' activities and the development of the company image.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Lead Sustainability initiatives for Nestlé Singapore in developing annual Sustainability plans, in alignment with key stakeholders and ensuring ROI on Sustainability efforts, through Nestle's Brands with consumer communication
- Enhance the Nestle Corporate Branding by Effective Management of Issues and Crisis, manage both internal (Townhall etc) and external communication (Corporate PRs), showcasing achievements and successes of Singapore team to Market/Zone/Group level, manage key corporate sponsorship and drive key Corporate Initiatives to enhance Corporate Equity
- Manage the Creative Agencies and Ideation for some categories by supporting the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with communication agencies in order to create engaging, business building communication and in the development of outstanding creative content with both creative and media agencies

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
- 10 years working experience, preferably in corporate and marketing communications
- Strong stakeholders management skills and able to manage health promotion board, government bodies and NGO
- Well organised & able to manage complexity of the scope
- Must have strong interest
- Must have corporate affairs communication experience
- Developed written communication
- Experienced in managing commercial brands
