**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**(A)**Costing Analyst**:
- **Cost Estimation and Budgeting**: Estimate costs associated with cleaning services, including labor, equipment, and materials, while assisting in establishing and managing cleaning service budgets.
- **Cost Control**: Analyze cost trends, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actions to reduce expenses without compromising service quality.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Use data analysis tools to track cleaning service costs and prepare financial performance reports for management.
- **Resource Allocation**: Ensure the optimal use of resources to minimize waste and enhance cost-efficiency.
**(B)**Receivables and Collection**:
- Ensure that all invoices and supporting documents are send to customers in a timely and accurate manner, in line with the sales agreement and customer requirements.
- Perform daily reviews of sales invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received promptly according to the agreed payment terms.
**(C)**Payable and Payment**:
- Process supplier invoices daily, including obtaining approvals, performing 3-way matching, proper filing systems, and ensuring that all expenses are correctly coded.
**(D)**General Ledger**:
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including account reconciliation, journal entry preparation, and financial report generation.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing in compliance with accounting standards and company guidelines.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive working attitude, meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Team player with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
