**Job Description**:

- Assist Clinical Operations Team in trial management from study start-up to end of study period
- Lead the TMF creation process and assist in TMF maintenance
- Tracking and reporting on study progress to internal study team
- Liaise with Data-Management vendor to ensure generation of high-quality, reliable, and statistically sound data from a clinical study
- Liaise with Central Laboratory, assisting the team in bio-samples flow and reconciliation procedures
- Assisting in logistic processes and IMP management between vendors, Sponsor, CROs and sites.
- Contributing to development of clinical trial protocols, amendments, informed consent forms, study guidelines, case report forms and any other study related documents
- Assist junior staff, third-party vendors and freelance CRA’s in training on protocols and study specific procedures, applicable SOPs
- Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by supervisor or upper management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science, Nursing, Pharmacy and Medical preferred).
- Experience in clinical trial operations
- Good knowledge of clinical trial processes
- Flexible, reliable and resilience
- Good communication skills in English
- MS Office
