We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern for a six-month internship. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in project planning, execution, testing and delivery. The intern will assist in managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
As a **Project Specialist Intern**, you will:
Collaborate with project managers to support project planning and tracking. Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations while utilizing software tools like Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and Visio. Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and feedback. Conduct research to provide insights for project planning and execution. Ensure quality of deliver by executing UAT (User Acceptance Tests) for projects prior to deployment. Ensure proper documentation and filing of project records.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist in tracking tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and progress reports for internal review.
- Quality Control: Perform UAT (User Acceptance Tests) to ensure that projects are delivered according to requirement specifications.
- Process Improvement: Plotting customer centric journeys to suggest enhancements to processes.

Learning Objectives

Develop a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Gain experience in managing project timelines, customer journeys and deliverables. Build interpersonal and communication skills through stakeholder interactions. Learn how to identify and mitigate project risks. Understand the importance of collaboration and team dynamics in successful project execution. Incorporate the usage of AI and GPT tools to everyday work.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Team-player, Proactive and detail oriented.
- Familiarity with gaming culture/trends and popular gaming platforms (e.g. PC, console, mobile) and genres is a plus.
- Able to commit full-time from Jul 2025 - Dec 2025.
