**Job Description**:
**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success**:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within My Republic’s Cybersecurity Solutions domain, develop new customer relationships and expand existing ones.
- Grow the coverage of assigned accounts deeper and wider, develop more touch points within the customer organisation so as to sell more Cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities and driving them to closure, through responding to RFP's, customer quote requests, preparing business cases, and utilising the client’s product and services portfolio;
- Able to understand the customer initiatives, requirements, interests and pain points and articulate the client’s value proposition and capabilities that can help to meet some, if not all, the challenges.
- Drive solution development efforts of the client’s products and services that best address customer needs by coordinating and facilitating the participation of cross-functional teams (including pre-sales, product, support and management resources) leading to successful sales closure
- Provide accurate reports around sales plans and opportunity forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry knowledge, market conditions and competitors' products and pricing.
- The Senior Account Manager will provide mentorship and coaching to newer or more junior members of the sales team so that they can be successful in their role
**Qualifications**:

- Relevant sales experience in ICT sector especially for Cybersecurity Solutions.
- A strong knowledge of Cybersecurity practices and solutions to protect customers as they digitalise for a new world of hybrid and remote work.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity consulting, incident response, data protection, vulnerability testing, managed firewall and managed endpoint.
- Strong customer engagement skills to speak with and influence C level executives, help them translate how their business requirements and needs can be fulfilled by the client’s products and services.
- Ability to open doors and engage well with clients, navigating past gatekeepers to connect with key influencers & decision makers and following up closely to closure.
- Demonstrate solid business acumen, understand business drivers and how to pitch value proposition.
- Thrive well in a “start-up” environment, great desire to achieve (and over achieve) targets.
- Able to collaborate well with internal stakeholders and teams and have a mentality to “win together”
