**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager based in Singapore to lead product strategy and development for critical areas of our business, focusing on customer experience, compliance, and international expansion. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between the rest of the product team in China and our international operations, ensuring our product meets global regulatory requirements and customer needs.

**What Would Be Your Responsibilities**:

- Optimise the customer journey, focusing on enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
- Drive product strategy for new market entries, adapting UI/UX elements to meet jurisdiction-specific regulations while maintaining an intuitive experience for retail users.
- Oversee the development and integration of customer support features tailored for our markets.
- Work closely with the China product team to coordinate between China-based development and overseas regulated entities, ensuring seamless integration of international requirements.
- Utilise data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success, continuously improving our offering.

**What We Require From You**:

- 5+ years of product management experience in B2C FinTech, preferably in trading or financial services
- Familiarity with financial regulations and their impact on product development
- Proven track record of launching successful B2C products in multiple international markets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and operational gaps
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese to converse with stakeholders who converse only in mandarin chinese.
