**Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd.**, is currently looking for Portfolio Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

**Background**:
JSC Novatek is the largest private owned gas company in Russia. LNG production is expected to grow rapidly with upcoming LNG projects.

Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd. is the global trading company for JSC Novatek’s LNG portfolio with fast growing LNG volume to trade and deliver.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain risk and portfolio analytics tools, dashboards, and models
- Provide relevant quantitative analysis to the commercial functions, including valuation of portfolio, and impact of proposed transactions including valuation of optionality.
- Monitor global LNG market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply-demand balances. Development of the LNG pricing/ Netback models for downstream markets worldwide.
- Perform accurate daily mark-to-market P&L and position reporting for the entire physical NGPA LNG portfolio;
- Work closely with LNG marketing to reflect new deals and reference data in internal ETRM system,
- Fulfil NGPA obligation towards REMIT and LNG Market Data reporting for applicable LNG business to ACER; Ensure forward curves are marked, maintained and uploaded daily;
- Identify and escalate breached limits according to the Risk Policy to the upper management and front office;
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and advise stakeholders on potential impacts and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Economics or Computer Science or relative field equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience as LNG trading or LNG portfolio analyst in similar business model.
- Strong understanding of LNG market dynamics and value chain.
- Knowledge of data modelling, database design and management, networking protocols and data structures.
- Understanding of optimization principles, probability, stochastic calculus, and financial concepts.
- Demonstrated innovative and analytical thinking, self-critic, problem-solving capability, intellectual rigor, strong drive, and desire to lead change.
- Ability to communicate outputs and analysis in a concise and comprehensible manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with local and global teams.
- Fluent English language required for day-to-day business communication.
