**The Job**:
You will support the Portfolio Management team at Ascendas Funds Management (AFM), Manager of Ascendas REIT (A-REIT), and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas
- Perform analysis on divestments
- Prepare management reports and board papers
- Support annual budgeting exercise to prepare the proposed budget and business plan for the Singapore portfolio
- Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of A-REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolio
- Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification or Appraiser’s License will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience in industrial real estate. Experience in a REIT will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologies
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
