About the team
Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent project management skills who is ready to learn and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions across cultures and time zones to join our team.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

**Responsibilities**:
1.PMO collaborates extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations, and several cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, HR, etc.).
**2.Data Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor key business metrics, create reports, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
**3.Project Support**: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment across global teams on goals, plans, and deliverables.
**4.Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with stakeholders to update business content and contribute to discussions in leadership forums.
**5.Global Insights**: Track cross-functional activities from a business perspective and share meaningful insights.
**6.Special Initiatives**: Support special projects across various topics, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Degree (or pursuing) in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

1. A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a keen interest in strategic planning and business management.
