**QIYU BEAUTY & WELLNESS PTE. LTD. **is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager / Director to lead our team and elevate our spa experience to new heights. We are a renowned spa in Singapore, dedicated to providing exceptional wellness services and creating a luxurious and relaxing environment for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including daily management, staff supervision, and budget control.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote spa services.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled and motivated spa team.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the spa.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative spa treatments and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive brand experience.
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial role within the spa industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of spa operations and financial management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for the spa industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Relevant Level 3 Holistic Massage certification.
- Diploma in Business or Management (or equivalent).

**Salary**:
**SGD 8,000 to SGD 12,000 per month **(depending on experience and qualifications).
