**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and update** course materials for Xero accounting software training.
- **Facilitate and conduct** training sessions both on-site at Tanjong Pagar and online through e-learning platforms.
- **Engage with students** to ensure a hands-on and interactive learning experience.
- **Monitor and evaluate** the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
- **Collaborate with the Quanterra team** to enhance the overall training experience.

**Accountancy Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To)**:
You may express your interest in teaching any of the following topics:

- Financial Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Taxation
- Auditing
- Financial Reporting
- Corporate Finance
- Forensic Accounting
- Business Law for Accountants
- Ethics in Accounting
- Financial Statement Analysis
- And many more within the accountancy domain.

**Remuneration**

**Daily rate: $480 - $1200**, with revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on performance.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**

**General Qualifications**:

- Prior **experience in training, facilitation, or education** in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Excellent **presentation, communication, and interpersonal** skills.
- Passion for **teaching and sharing knowledge** with students.
- **ACLP certification** (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) is advantageous but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in **Singapore** (Singaporeans and PRs only).

**Specific Skills and Expertise**:

- **Strong expertise in Xero accounting software**, including **setup, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting**.
- Proficiency in **cloud accounting principles and automation tools** within Xero.
- Experience in **integrating Xero with other financial software and payment solutions**.
- Industry-recognized **certifications in accounting or bookkeeping**, such as **Xero Certified Advisor, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent credentials**.
- Ability to **design and deliver** practical training sessions with real-world case studies.
- Experience in **SME accounting, financial management, and compliance with Singapore’s regulatory standards**.
