**Key Responsibilities**

**Develop and update** course materials for basic accounting topics.
- **Facilitate and conduct** training sessions both on-site at Tanjong Pagar and online through e-learning platforms.
- **Engage with students** to ensure a conducive and interactive learning environment.
- **Monitor and evaluate** the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
- **Collaborate with the Quanterra team** to enhance the overall training experience.

**Accountancy Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To)**:
You may express your interest in teaching any of the following topics:

- Financial Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Taxation
- Auditing
- Financial Reporting
- Corporate Finance
- Forensic Accounting
- Business Law for Accountants
- Ethics in Accounting
- Financial Statement Analysis
- And many more within the accountancy domain.

**Remuneration**

**Daily rate: $480 - $1200**, with revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on performance.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**

**General Qualifications**:

- Prior **experience in training, facilitation, or education** in accounting.
- Excellent **presentation, communication, and interpersonal** skills.
- Passion for **teaching and sharing knowledge** with students.
- **ACLP certification** (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) is advantageous but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in **Singapore** (Singaporeans and PRs only).

**Specific Skills and Expertise**:

- **Strong expertise in basic accounting**, including **double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial statement preparation**.
- Proficiency in **accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance**.
- Experience with **accounting software** such as **QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or Sage**.
- Industry-recognized **certifications in accounting**, such as **ACCA, CPA, or equivalent accounting credentials**.
- Ability to **simplify complex accounting concepts** for beginners and non-accounting professionals.
- Experience in **preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and taxation basics**.
- Ability to **design and develop** structured, industry-relevant course materials.
