**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the company's global and local mid-to-long-term brand strategy, build and refine the brand management framework, ensuring effective implementation of the strategy.
- Lead the company's brand building and reputation management in the capital markets, including but not limited to pre-IPO/post-listing brand communication, roadshow materials planning, and investor relations communication support.
- Lead global integrated marketing projects, and be responsible for the expansion and maintenance of core media relationships, effectively integrating various media resources to continuously enhance brand exposure and reputation among the public and investment community.
- Monitor market sentiment and competitive dynamics, lead crisis early warning and public relations response mechanisms, quickly decide and adjust brand strategies, and effectively protect the corporate brand image.
- Manage the brand team and annual budget, establish a data-driven brand performance tracking and evaluation system, and continuously optimize resource allocation and strategic effectiveness.
**Job Requirements**:
- Full-time Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related courses.
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, with at least 3 years of team leadership/management experience.
- Possess a systematic brand methodology and strategic planning capability.
- Successful experience in brand management in overseas markets, with extensive media resources and exceptional public relations execution skills.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with outstanding cross-departmental collaboration and leadership skills to effectively drive the implementation of complex strategic projects.
