Job Responsibilities - Assist the Casino Finance team (i.e.: Cage, Count & Casino Accounting to manage data in the most efficient and effective way to benefit the organization and business needs which include but not limited to: - Understand business data requirements and ensuring that solutions meet operational and business needs. - Design complex dashboards, reports, and visualization accordingly to business requirements. - Analyze data from various system, statistics, service and/or products to identify opportunities for process and performance improvement such as manpower efficiency and risk evaluation etc - Prepare analysis reports for Casino Finance’s Management team to understand and to enable decision making based on trends and/or patterns. - Assist in developing solutions and tools to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency - Perform other duties or audit tasks as assignedJob Requirements Education & Certification - Degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or other analytical fields preferred. Marketing graduates with flair for numbers and interest in customer and marketing analytics are welcomed to apply. Experience - 1 to 2 years of practical experience in business analytics, customer analytics or marketing analytics preferred. Other Prerequisites - Strong logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau and SQL are preferred. - Experience in building complex queries and data visualizations. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Be meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - works well in a collaborative environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Passionate about data, customers, and building your career with Marina Bay Sands.
