Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and amalgamate data from a variety of sources to produce cohesive information flows and conclusions.
  • Perform interrogative analysis of data to produce insightful interpretations of data points.
  • Produce timely, accurate, pertinent, and insightful reports in a variety of areas.
  • Present results, concepts and recommendations to executive management.
  • Collaborate with operational management to ensure an immersed experience and understanding of the origin and collection criteria of the data to be analyzed.
  • Collaborate with Casino Systems to create back-end systems which combine data from disparate systems to create meaningful operational value.
  • Collaborate with Casino Product Development and Innovation team to produce actionable recommendations from the analysis of gaming system data.
  • Build and maintain business dashboards regarding gaming results. Curate, administer and maintain dashboards to ensure ongoing relevance.
  • Train and educate operational management in the extraction of data and the interpretation and application of date in live operations.
  • Review and analyze daily reports to identify data anomalies. Utilize experience and feedback to add value to reporting processes.
  • Manage product lifecycle including pipeline, math, post-deployment performance and yield.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics).

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an analytical role
  • Experience in table games and/or gaming machines desirable
  • Relevant experience utilizing analytical software such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel etc.

Competencies

  • High level of numerical and abstract reasoning
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R)
  • Ability in developing effective relationships and managing and driving change
  • Able to analyze data and translate the findings to actionable outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
