Singapore Ethos Search Associates Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess & develop supplier core competency in plating, brazing, powder coating, machining, etc.
- Work and develop supplier to identify systemic root cause, corrective actions, and prevention actions.
- Guide and coach fellow teammates.
- Tabulate and present supplier performance in weekly and monthly management meeting.
- Work collaboratively with internal cross functional team on the establishment of new processes and control at Supplier.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or equivalent Engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience with Suppliers on Quality issues and development.
- Experience in assessing Special Process Suppliers capabilities in Plating, Brazing and Powder coating processes, etc.
- Extensive knowledge in Quality Tools such as SPC, Cause and Effect, 5 Whys, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player and can work under tight schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
