Roles & Responsibilities

**About the Client**:
Our client is a reputed IT Services company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with business users to map their use cases and requirements to solutions utilizing the Microsoft 365 Suite of products and solutions
- Build Prototypes and Proof of Concepts in Microsoft 365 such as SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Identify and learn new technologies to find opportunities on how it can provide value to the organization
- Collaborate with your team on tasks related to building the Consulting and Innovation Space.
**Requirement**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree / Relevant industrial experience.
- Have experience and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite Such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Yammer, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms.
- Able to rain and explain in simple words to Business Users technical terms and concepts
- Good communication skills.
