**Overview**

Join the marketing team at **Strumm’s Holding**, a growing hospitality group with a focus on music bars and restaurants. As a **Marketing Intern**, you will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and event coordination across our establishments. This role is perfect for someone passionate about nightlife, food, and music culture who is eager to learn and contribute to building our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Campaign Execution & Event Support**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Support the planning and coordination of events, promotions, and new menu launches with outlet managers.
- Help prepare marketing materials and assist with onsite event logistics when needed.

**Analytics & Research**
- Track basic campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, traffic, etc.) and compile reports.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support strategic planning and content ideation.

**Digital & Social Media Support**
- Collaborate with our external creative agency by contributing ideas for digital campaigns, content themes, and social media visuals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content that reflects the bar’s unique vibe.
- Help review and suggest improvements to creative drafts and ensure content aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Assist in tracking engagement metrics and compiling performance insights.

**Team Support & Communication**
- Collaborate closel with senior management and other key stakeholders across the group.
- Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for nightlife, entertainment, and creating great guest experiences.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Strong attention to detail, with good verbal and written communication skills.
