Social Media & Content Intern – The Alley / Create by The Alley 

We're on a mission to bring the buzz back to The Alley's social scene — and we need you to make it viral.

If you live on IG, scroll TikTok like it's your second language, and know exactly what pops on Xiaohongshu, this isn't your average intern gig.

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy soul who can shake up our content, build hype, and make people talk (for all the right reasons).

What You'll Do

  • Own Our Socials — Plan, create, and post scroll-stopping content on Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu to build engagement and brand love.
  • Trend Hunter — Stay ahead of what's hot and turn trends into fresh, relevant content.
  • Create & Capture — Shoot and edit short-form videos, take aesthetic photos, and write captions that speak to people, not at them.
  • Community Builder — Engage with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and create polls or stories that keep the conversation going.
  • Campaign Collaborator — Team up with marketing to push out new products, promos, and events.
  • Analytics Geek — Track what's working and pitch ideas to make our content even better.

What We're Looking For

  • You get the culture — you know what hits on IG, TT, and XHS.
  • Skilled with tools like CapCut, Canva, or whatever makes your content pop.
  • Eye for aesthetics — you can make bubble tea and desserts look like art.
  • Proactive, creative, and maybe a little obsessed with social media (we love that).
  • Bonus: Fluent in English + Chinese for Xiaohongshu content.
