We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Manager, Product Development.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Provide support to develop Life products that are competitive and provide the best value to customers
- Support product creation by:

- Researching customer segments and demands
- Performing competitor analysis
- Gathering feedback through marketing surveys or customer / distribution focus groups
- Support product launch by:

- Doing documentation of Product Specs and working with various departments to submit system requirements
- Creating point-of-sales documents and ensuring they comply with regulatory requirements
- Working with marketing, digital and training teams to create marketing collaterals, training slides and other sales support tools
- Monitoring the sales performance of the product after launch
- Perform secretariat duties on a rotational basis for the Local Product Management Committee
- Handle products related queries from other departments or advisers

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- With 3 to 6 years of relevant product development experience in life insurance industry
- In depth knowledge of Singapore life insurance market and products is a plus
- Keen and fast learner
- Detail oriented
- Able to perform in a fast pace and demanding environment by having a resilient and solution-oriented mind-set
- Good communication and marketing skills
- Enjoys collaborating with people of various background
