- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.45 AM - 6 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production activities in wood fabrication, segment rings, converter centre (gasket) & train a team of production employees.
- Prioritize production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials requirements & assigns to leader/employees.
- Ensure proper handling of machines by operators and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Highlight any quality, production issues, machine malfunctioning to immediate superior.
- Supervise and motivate the production leaders and operators to meet the datelines.
- Responsible for the setup and operation of the CNC machines including Autocad drawings preparation.
- Supervise and train the CNC engineering assistant/machinists and ensure they are competent.
- Prepare production inspection criteria and conduct in-process QC inspections on the products.
- Maintain production processes to continually raise efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting especially panel saw & CNC machine.
- Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and PDM (Predictive Maintenance) activities according to scheduled plan.
- Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence.
- To train and manage technicians and staff on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the session regularly.
- Perform any task assigned by the superiors from time to time.

- Minimum 1 year of experience with CNC Machines and proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD is preferred; other related software experience would be an added advantage.
